For orders that are not made online through our website (via an online request, email, over the phone or visiting our shop) turnaround applies only if the following has been completed before 1PM EST:
- An approval and 50% deposit of the total quote has been received and processed.
- Your artwork you have supplied has been approved as print-ready, or if the artwork proof has been approved via email.
